We arrived late in the evening. Everything was fine when whe arrived. There was a reception with a person who asked us to make the check in with a woman on a big smart-tablet next to the table. I was a skeptical at the beggining but it was fine. The girl was very nice and helpful :) I also ordered my new phone to this hotel and they delivered the phone into the front desk. When I picked up my package i just had to show my ID (passport) and then I got it. Thank you so much for your service, because now I have my new phone because of you :) The bed and room was comfy, the room has also a fridge and a microwave which is a big plus when you are traveling with a lot of thing and snacks. The room had a balcony with a view on the hills and highway. During the night I haven't heard any car passing by, because the windows were very tight fixed so we haven't heard any noise from the road. The view to the indoor complex of a hotel had also very nice feeling with the palms and a sitting place in the middle with a pleasant green grass. The breakfast was very nice, a lot of things to choose and the breakfast room also had a music corner with musical instruments and stereo speakers, which means that maybe a live music can happen there in the evenings ? It looked very nice. Parking was also fine (free), we parked behind the hotel under the rooms and it was fine. We didn't have the chance to try the swimming pool because we had to go early and there was a very nice conference room in a beautiful traditional style. After a long flight from europe to LA, this hotel was a perfect place for our relaxing rest after a long trip. This was a very quiet hotel. We didn't hear our neighbors or anyone in the hallways outside of our room. Our room access faced a courtyard which was a bit chilly in the mornings (air temp was in the upper 40°F/low 50°F during breakfast hours in December). This hotel was close to the Malibu beaches, both Getty Museums, hiking trails in the Santa Monica Mountains, Santa Monica Pier, and various restaurants in the area. Traffic was never an issue during our stay. I would stay here again!

Breakfast was plentiful with a nice selection of items. Clean. The woman who checked us in was very helpful and nice. She was quite pleasant. There was live music in the bar/ restaurant. It was nice. Parking was super easy and close to our room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. 12:00 checkout was great! Electronic keys worked the first time every time and didn’t jam. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Remember this a relatively inexpensive hotel, not the Ritz. That said, it was very clean and very comfortable. The bed was great as were the pillows, i had an excellent sleep. Breakfast was very good with fresh pico de gallo for my eggs. Orange juice would be a good addition. The staff was friendly, check in simple, check out also simple. When we return to the area we will stay here

Breakfast was good, several options , liked the location! The ambiance of the whole facility was nice. Appreciated having the restaurant right there, good food! Room was smallish but adequate, had everything we needed, comfortable bed! Also we drive a plugin hybrid and were able to charge it , but you need more charging stations!!
